Aidan Ryan is an actor and director based in NYC. Often described as hardworking and passionate, Aidan is committed to creating transcendent theatrical and cinematic experiences that help people learn (and feel how) to value themselves and the world around them.
Aidan began performing at 12 years old in his hometown of Columbia, MO (pictured above is 13 year old Aidan, in drag, as Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man— one of his favorite roles). After high school, he moved to New York City to study drama at NYU‘s Tisch School of The Arts. Since living in the city, he haa been making theatre, films, albums, and honing his acting and directing skills.
In his free time he loves to bake—cheesecakes and cookies in particular—play the piano, and hangout with his family.

Recently, Aidan has appeared in two Tisch Drama mainstage shows at NYU: Waiting for Lefty (directed by nicHi douglas) and Sweeney Todd (directed by Kent Gash). This summer he will be appearing in the title role of Edward Bloom in the musical Big Fish at Cedar Summerstock.
